If you are a broker, to make a claim for a SafetyCulture Care policy:

  1. Log in to SafetyCulture Care
  2. Find the policy you want to make a claim on
  3. Click “Create a claim” and complete the required steps

If your policy starts with “36MB”
Mitti policies start with “36MB” (e.g. 36MBXXXXXBPK)

Frequently asked questions

If you used a broker simply contact them to tell them you need to make a claim. Your broker will guide you through the process and liaise with us on your behalf.

You can distinguish between policies with the following:

  • Care policies start with “SCC” (e.g. SCC1234567CPX)
  • Mitti policies start with 36MB (e.g. 36MB12345BPK)
